Apartment Lila

Two-room apartment in a house with a balcony and a yard with the use of a barbecue in the very center of the city. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and air-conditioned. Proximity to the beach and all other facilities, but still in a quiet and peaceful environment of Mediterranean plants (lavender, rosemary, olive, fig, carob), exempt you from the typical city bustle and stress. Directly above the house there is a wonderful Astro park / Observatory where, in addition to observing the stars and planets, there are also children's toys and a workout park for recreation.

Notes:

* Please make the initial contact via e-mail.

* Advance payment is 20% of the total price and is a condition of the reservation.

* Arrival (check-in) from 14:00, departure (check-out) until 10:00.

* We can provide you with a parking ticket at a discounted price of 300 KN per week or 1000 KN per month.

Cancellation conditions:

* In order to receive a full refund of the advance payment, it is necessary to cancel at least 30 days before the start of the reservation.

* For cancellations 29 to 7 days before the start of the reservation, we return 50% of the amount of money paid in advance.

* For cancellations 6 to 3 days before the start of the reservation, we return 30% of the amount paid in advance.

* For cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the reservation, we do not return the advance payment.
