Villa Filip Makarska is an exclusive Spa & Relax holiday house, located in the hamlet Puharići, above Makarska. Villa has a luxury swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue and gym. Villa Filip consisits of basement, ground floor and first floor.

• In the basement there is a sauna, jacuzzi, shower and wine cellar.
• On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, fully furnished in traditional Dalmatian style, which is connected to dining room and kitchen. There's an exit from the ground floor of the villa to a beautifully decorated terrace with sitting furniture. In addition, there's the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers and barbecue.
• The first floor has two bedrooms, each of them is equipped with LCD TV/SAT.
• First bedroom, has a double bed, bathroom with a bathtub, balcony with sea view.
• The second bedrom contains a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view.

Throughout the villa is conducted under floor heating and air conditioning. Internet signal is also available throughout the villa. Makarska Villa Filip is open throughout the year.
